1. Ordering & Payment
How to Order
International orders are placed via email.
Payment
Payment can be made via PayPal QR code.
The payment currency will be determined based on your country and order.
Please note that currency conversion or payment fees charged by PayPal or your bank may apply separately.
Shipping
Shipping fees vary depending on the package weight and destination.
International delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.
2. Product Availability
Items marked SOLD are unavailable for purchase and will not be restocked.
If you are interested in any items, please email us with a list of the items you would like to order.
We will check availability and get back to you.
3. Item Hold Policy
Once we receive your purchase request by email, we will check the availability and send you the PayPal payment QR code.
Your selected item(s) will be held for 3 hours from the time the payment QR code is sent.
Please complete your payment within 3 hours to secure your order.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country.
Please check the customs and tax regulations in your country before placing an order.
5. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection.

1. ご注文・お支払い
ご注文方法
海外からのご注文は、メールにて承っております。
お支払い
お支払いはPayPalのQRコードからお願いいたします。
お支払い通貨は、お届け先の国およびご注文内容に応じて決定いたします。
なお、PayPalまたはご利用の銀行によって発生する為替手数料・決済手数料等は、別途お客様のご負担となる場合がございます。
配送
送料は、荷物の重量およびお届け先によって異なります。
海外への配送は通常、5～10営業日ほどかかります。
2. 商品の在庫について
SOLD と表示されている商品は、在庫切れのためご購入いただけません。また、再入荷の予定はございません。
ご希望の商品がございましたら、ご注文希望の商品一覧をメールにてお知らせください。
在庫を確認のうえ、ご返信いたします。
3. 商品のお取り置きについて
メールにてご購入希望のご連絡をいただきましたら、在庫を確認のうえ、PayPalのお支払い용QRコードをお送りいたします。
商品は、お支払い用QRコードをお送りしてから3時間お取り置きいたします。
3時間以内にお支払いを完了していただくことで、ご注文が確定となります。
4. 関税・輸入税について
お届け先の国によっては、関税や輸入税等が発生する場合がございます。
ご注文前に、お住まいの国の関税・輸入税に関する規定をご確認ください。
5. 返品・返金について
お客様のご都合による返品・交換（イメージ違い、サイズの選択間違い等）はお受けしておりません。
